The Law Society of Brunei Darussalam will hold a free legal advice clinic on civil and criminal matters at the Bandar Seri Begawan and Tutong Magistrate’s Courts on June 27.

The clinic will run from 10am to noon and aims to provide legal advice to members of the public who are unable to obtain such services due to limited income.

Consultations will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

To qualify for the service, applicants must not be represented by a law firm, must provide a copy of a Brunei-issued identity card and proof of current residential address, and must earn an income or allowance of less than BND1,500 per month.
